Whole Foods Market - - Responsibilities:
Mix doughs correctly and weigh/measure accurately using scales; be accurate in mixing, dividing, shaping, proofing, and baking all bread and bakery products;
Work with Bakery Team Members to ensure that the bread production process runs smoothly;
Follow production schedule and recipes; understand and apply Globalbake and printing of recipes;
Operate and sanitize all equipment including Hobart mixer and baler, and other kitchen production equipment;
Maintain clean work areas, equipment, and utensils; adhere to health and sanitation standards including FSMA, HACCP, and Organic standards
