Dessert Holdings Inc. in Aurora, CO is seeking an Oven Operator for our food manufacturing plant. The role operates production equipment on 1st shift (3:00 AM–3:00 PM) to consistently produce quality products while complying with SQF, HACCP and GMP standards.
You will follow GMPs, monitor ovens, perform changeovers, document SPC data, support process improvements, and train new operators. A high school diploma and 6 months to 1 year in food manufacturing are required; the wage is $17.60 per hour.
