Dessert Holdings is seeking a Refrigeration Technician (Ammonia) – Shift 1 to join our onsite maintenance team. You will ensure the safe, reliable operation of ammonia refrigeration systems and plant utilities, performing preventive maintenance and coordinating with vendors.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work cross‑functionally with production and maintenance, uphold SQF, HACCP, GMP, and PSM standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across the facilities.
