Killin for Colorado is seeking highly motivated, passionate, and talented organizers for the 2026 election for Colorado's Fifth Congressional District. The organizer will be responsible for managing and recruiting a large team of volunteers and executing an ambitious field program to elect Jessica Killin to Congress.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and manage a robust team of volunteers.

• Execute voter contact tactics, including but not limited to canvasses, phone banks, text banks, and visibility events.

• Grow our network of volunteers and supporters through various tactics, including call time, 1:1's, texting, and relational organizing tactics.

• Meet ambitious daily, weekly, and monthly goals and metrics.

• Other duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills

• One cycle of campaign experience is preferred but not required.

• Experience and familiarity with VAN is a plus.

• Extreme attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace

• Excellent verbal and written skills.

• Willingness to work long non-traditional hours to attend evening and weekend events and meet deadlines.

Additional Information

• $4,000 - $4,500 per month (depending on experience) plus a $500 monthly healthcare stipend
