JOB DESCRIPTIONKillin for Colorado is seeking highly motivated, passionate, and talented organizers for the 2026 election for Colorado's Fifth Congressional District. The organizer will be responsible for managing and recruiting a large team of volunteers and executing an ambitious field program to elect Jessica Killin to Congress.
Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and manage a robust team of volunteers.
Execute voter contact tactics, including but not limited to canvasses, phone banks, text banks, and visibility events.
Grow our network of volunteers and supporters through various tactics, including call time, 1:1's, texting, and relational organizing tactics.
Meet ambitious daily, weekly, and monthly goals and metrics.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills
One cycle of campaign experience is preferred but not required.
Experience and familiarity with VAN is a plus.
Extreme attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Google Workspace
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Willingness to work long non-traditional hours to attend evening and weekend events and meet deadlines.
Additional Information
$4,000 - $4,500 per month (depending on experience) plus a $500 monthly healthcare stipend
