About This Role
Join Skyline's team of clinical experts delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes across the Denver metro area. You'll perform assessments, manage complex wounds, administer IV therapy, and coordinate care with physicians and specialists — all without leaving patients to navigate a large institution. We offer a small-team environment where clinical judgment is trusted and patient relationships last.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (home health, med-surg, or ICU preferred)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/BLS certification current
- Familiarity with OASIS documentation (preferred, training provided)
