** Winding Trails Post Acute is Hiring Full Time NOC LPN’s!
**** Shifts**: 12-hour shifts - 6am-6pm & 6pm-6am
** Open Positions:*

* ** 6pm-6am with a weekend rotation

You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.
** What to Expect:
** Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments

** Successful Candidates:
** Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado

CPR certification

Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

SNF/LTC experience a plus!
** Rate Range****: $37-$44/ hour
