• Monday‑Friday outpatient schedule
• No night shifts
• No weekend clinic requirements
• Phone‑only call rotation limited to 3‑5 days quarterly

• Base salary: $108,000‑$125,000 annually
• Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000

• Board Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) – REQUIRED
• Active Colorado license – REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience – REQUIRED
• Comfortable providing gynecologic, prenatal, and postpartum care – REQUIRED
• Comfortable serving underinsured and low‑income populations – REQUIRED
