Description
This is an onsite nursing role in the Cellular Therapies Unit at UCHealth UCHlth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion, Aurora, Colorado. The position requires full‑time availability with a 72‑hour work period per two weeks and day/night rotating shifts. Pay ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour, depending on experience. Hybrid or remote work is not offered.

- Graduate of an accredited or state board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program (if less than 3 years of experience); a Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum 6 months of RN nursing experience.
- On‑Site Nursing Specialty (ONC) Chemo/Bio Certification obtained within six months of hire or transfer.
- BLS and CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, valid at start of employment and renewed annually.
- Provide top‑scope nursing practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
- Model proficiency by precepting newcomers to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
- Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.

- Deliver direct care in specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity.
- Apply AMSN core curriculum and specialty certification standards within evidence‑based care models for each unit.
