• Number of Beds – 38
• Level II Trauma Center – General mixed ICU with a variety of patients (Medical, Surgical, Cardiac, Neurosurgery, Post‑Operative open‑heart patients; VV and VA ECMO, Balloon pump, Impella, CRRT)
• Number of Staff – 125
• Staffing:
  Day Shift – 1 Charge 16‑18 staff, Night Shift – 1 Charge 16‑18 staff
• Patient Ratios – 2:1, 1:1 depending on acuity
• Equipment – Stryker beds, Avea ventilators, GE monitors, Baxter IV pumps, Maquet IABP, Vigilance II monitors, Impella, ECMO – Maquet Cardiohelp and Medtronic Vital Flow; NICOM
• EMR – Meditech

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS & NIH

• Prior Meditech experience
• CVICU/CTICU experience

• Bedside procedures:
  Bronchoscopy, GI scopes, Chest tube insertion, Arterial and central line insertions
• Airway care and frequent drip titrations
