Expand your clinical expertise working in a 16-bed operating room equipped with advanced technologies, including DaVinci Robotics. Exposure to innovative surgical methods-such as kidney and liver transplants, spine, vascular, and robotic surgeries-provides the perfect setting to strengthen your clinical portfolio and adapt to progressive workplace practices. Discover new leadership styles and self-scheduling, adding variety and flexibility to your workflow.

Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Flexible self-scheduling after orientation
• On-call required (8-12 shifts per 8-week period)
• 30-minute response time during on-call

Desired Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital CST experience
• NBSTA and DORA certifications (active status required)
• Transplant experience highly preferred
• Spine, Meditech EMR, and robotic surgery experience are valued

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with a range of OR procedures: total joints, spine, transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, plastics
• Collaborate with a skilled team to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Utilize advanced technology and maintain high standards in surgical operations
• Participate in on-call coverage with rapid response expectations
