Position: Registered Nurse - Operating Room (OR RN) in Aurora, CO

Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour days: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Includes night and weekend call rotations

Key Qualifications:

• Valid RN license
• Transplant experience is required
• Minimum three years of relevant OR nursing experience preferred
• Certification as an RN is an advantage
• Proficiency with Meditech EMR systems

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care throughout a variety of surgical specialties such as total joints, spine procedures, transplants (kidney/liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a seamless, safe perioperative environment
• Adhere to established guidelines and policies within a 16-OR facility, continually supporting patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes
• Participate in ongoing training for advanced procedures and leverage new medical technology in the main operating suite
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
