Schedules- Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM (Some AOC & On call duties occasionally)
- $115,000 - $145,000 annually

- Lead and inspire the nursing staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment
- Oversee all aspects of patient care, including medication management, assessments, documentation, and quality standards
- Manage and maintain nursing schedules, ensuring effective coverage and strong PRN depth
- Provide mentorship, training, and ongoing professional development for nursing staff
- Oversee the Intake Team to ensure patients have a smooth and supportive admission process
- Implement and manage infection control systems, risk management protocols, and incident reporting procedures
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
- Serve as a role model by demonstrating strong nursing skills and stepping in to provide direct care when needed
- Take on leadership responsibilities as Manager on Call and support seamless facility operations
- Identify and implement improvements that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
- Active RN license in the state of Colorado
- BSN required; MSN or higher preferred
- 3+ years of nursing leadership or management experience, preferably in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or related healthcare setting
- Strong clinical knowledge with proven ability to lead, coach, and develop nursing teams
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, including Joint Commission, infection control, and risk management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S. required
