, with additional needs in Denver, Centennial, Littleton, and Castle Rock
.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced field case managers who enjoy working independently, building professional relationships, and helping injured workers navigate the recovery process while achieving positive return-to-work outcomes.
Compensation: $50–$65/hour
Position Responsibilities- Coordinate medical care and treatment plans for injured workers
- Attend medical appointments and provide field case management services
- Monitor treatment progress and identify barriers to recovery
- Communicate with physicians, adjusters, employers, attorneys, and other stakeholders
- Develop and support return-to-work plans
- Prepare timely, detailed case reports and documentation
- Manage an independent caseload throughout the assigned territory
- Active, unrestricted Colorado RN license
- Minimum of 3 years of Workers' Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple cases
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- CCM, CDMS, CRRN, or related certification preferred
- Flexible schedule with the autonomy of a 1099 contractor role
- Hybrid work environment combining field visits and remote work
- No bedside care, weekends, holidays, or on-call responsibilities
