RN-Registered Nurse // PCU - Progressive Care Unit Onsite Contract Starts 8/24/2026 13 weeks

Shift: Night Shift, 12 hours/day, 3 days/week.

• PC2 Progressive Care, Unit #616
• Location:
  
  HCA HealthONE Aurora, 1501 S Potomac St, Aurora, CO 80012
• 345 beds, 3 time Magnet designation
• Float pool of ~80 staff
• Staff types:
  Day Shift RN & CNAs, Night Shift RN & CNAs
• Patient ratios: 1:5 days and nights (varies between units)
• Equipment: various
• EMR:
  Meditech

• Provide nursing care to patients on the PCU.
• Assist with typical procedures performed on unit(s).
• Float to inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units as needed.
• Perform duties consistent with 12‑hour night shift schedule.

• Minimum 1‑year current acute care PCU experience.
• BLS & ACLS certification.
• Strong Tele experience – at least 2 years.
• Preferred:
  Chemo Certification (for Oncology unit scheduling).
• Must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to float.
• Team player with compassion; strong learning orientation.
