Pay$40.86 – $63.33 per hour, depending on experience.
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program; hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within three years of assuming Charge RN position.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- BLS or CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross, valid at start date and through 60 days of hire.
- Provides top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritizes wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
- Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
- Welcomes new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
- Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
- Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
- Applies AMSN’s core curriculum and specialty certification standards within evidence‑based care models for each unit.
- Performance bonus: 3‑Year Incentive Bonus, paid in October during the third year of employment.
