Position Summary:

This Nurse position is full‑time, located at UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO, within the Medical Acute Care Unit. Rotational day and night shifts are required with an hourly pay range of $35.29–$54.71, depending on experience.

Pay

$35.29 - $54.71 per hour. Night Shift Incentive Program: $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) for full‑time night shift RNs and LPNs.

Minimum Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years’ experience. Preferred:
    Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date; card must be valid for at least sixty days after hire.

  • Provides direct care in specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity.
  • Incorporates AMSN’s core curriculum and specialty certification standards within evidence‑based care models for each unit.
