ShiftDay and Night Rotation
Pay$35.29 - $54.71 per hour (dependent on experience)
Shift IncentiveFull‑time night shift RNs and LPNs receive a quarterly incentive of $1,600 ($6,400 per year).
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved nursing program if less than 3 years of experience; a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification and any relevant life‑support certification required for the position level.
- Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
- BLS card valid through the first 60 days of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer).
- Direct care in specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity.
- Implementation of the AMSN core curriculum and specialty certification standards as part of evidence‑based care models on each unit.
