Schedule & CompensationFull‑time, 72 hours per pay period (2‑week cycle). Shift: Day. Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour, dependent on experience. This is an onsite position with no hybrid or remote options.
Minimum Requirements- Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program (if less than 3 years experience).
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Minimum 6 months of RN experience.
- PALS or ENPC, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course, BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer). BLS/CPR card must be valid through 60 days of hire.
- Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
- Model proficiency by precepting new staff and guide individualized specialty education during clinical orientation.
