7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 10 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.
• ADN completion required.

• Candidates must have an Illinois license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations.
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live more than 50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 24 months gap required between staff at Program:
  Right Sourcing Program
  - Carle Health and no current placement allowed at Program:
  Right Sourcing Program
  - Carle Health.

• Skill in medication administration and evaluating medication effects.
• Skill in preparing patients for procedures and managing post-operative care.
• Skill in IV venipuncture and blood administration.

• College Diploma of Nursing.

Travelers assigned to the Greater Peoria Service Area may be required to float between Carle Health Methodist Hospital, Carle Health Pekin Hospital, and/or Carle Health Proctor Hospital. The Carle Leader will notify the traveler directly when there is a need to float between locations.

Floats to various inpatient units including Medical-Oncology, Surgical-Ortho, Cardiovascular Care Unit, Progressive Care Unit, Mental Health Unit, and Acute Rehab.

AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW:
This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted eduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear Yes or No response from the nurse within 24 hours or the offer must be declined.
