Qualifications & SkillsRequires RN licensure, BLS certification, a minimum of 6 months nursing experience, and graduation from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Demonstrates proficiency in patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Key DutiesManaging moderate to high-acuity patients in specialized units, supporting evidence-based practices, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence. The role involves onsite work with day and night shifts, including night shift incentives.
