RN Acute Care Transplant​/Thoracic

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care within the Transplant Medicine department, utilizing advanced nursing skills in a high-acuity acute care setting.

Deliver evidence-based, top-of-scope nursing care, prioritizing patient safety and well-being, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Acts as a preceptor, supports a fast-paced environment, and contributes to quality outcomes through adherence to care models and certifications.

Requires RN licensure, BLS certification, a minimum of 6 months nursing experience, and graduation from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred. Demonstrates proficiency in patient care, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Managing moderate to high-acuity patients in specialized units, supporting evidence-based practices, and fostering a culture of safety and excellence. The role involves onsite work with day and night shifts, including night shift incentives.
