Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
Shift: Days
Pay: $42.90 - $66.50 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
Responsibilities- Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
- Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes
- Prioritize wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice
- Model proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth
- Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment
- Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care
- Scope includes direct care in Mother/Baby units, Labor and Delivery – Birth Center, Women’s Care, and NICU
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing;
Master’s preferred - State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant certification as determined at position level
- Three years of experience in related clinical areas
- ACLS certification for labor roles (tracked at department level)
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuer with a valid card in hand before the start date; card must remain valid through sixty days of hire
