Three Oaks Hospice invites a compassionate On‑Call Registered Nurse to join our weekend team covering Saturday and Sunday 8am–8pm. The role focuses on delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and families.
The candidate should be a Graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and have strong interpersonal skills to support patients and families in a hospice setting.
