Schedule:
Monday–Friday, Full‑Time (8:00AM – 5:00PM Monday–Thursday; 8:00AM – 1:00PM Friday). No on‑call or weekend requirements.

Position OverviewWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in an outpatient pain management setting, working with both new and established patients to develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct new patient evaluations and follow‑up visits
- Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical examinations
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Perform minor procedures (training provided)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR
- Active NP or PA license (required)
- Active DEA license (required)
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or neurosurgery preferred but not required
- Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Friday: 8:00AM – 1:00PM
- No on‑call or weekend requirements
