Summary:
- Location: Children’s Hospital Colorado @ Anschutz Medical Campus
- Duration: 13 Weeks
- Contract Dates: 06/09/26 - 09/12/26
- Shift Times: 10-Hour Days | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Provide nursing care in the pediatric operating room.
- Respond to on-call duties with a 30-minute response time.
- Adapt to departmental needs, including possible off-shifts and weekend work.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Active RN license (State or Compact)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required
- Previous Operating Room experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility
- Pediatric experience required
- Strong Spine & Neuro experience
- Ability to scrub is preferred
Skills:
- Willingness to float to off shifts as needed
- Flexible with rotating shifts
- No RTO approved within the first two weeks of assignment
- Medical and religious exemption requests from the seasonal influenza vaccination are allowed
- Work schedule and assigned hours are based on departmental needs and may change
- Possible shifts include (but are not limited to): 0900–2100, 1100–2300, 1500–0300, 1900–0700
- Position includes on-call responsibilities depending on staffing needs
