The Associate Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer of Patient Care and Nursing Services at Pro Medica Fostoria & Memorial Hospitals provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high‑quality, safe and patient‑centered care across the hospital. You play a critical part in advancing nursing practice, clinical excellence and patient experience while supporting Pro Medica's Mission, Values and performance goals. • Education:
  
  Master of Science in Nursing or a related field
• Skills:
  
  Exceptional understanding of the functions of various hospital departments, policies and procedures, budgeting process and analysis of financial data. Knowledge of Joint Commission, OSHA regulations - as they pertain to infection control, Medicare/Hospital Conditions of Participation, and ability to understand and interpret federal and state regulations needed either through education or experiences.

  5-7 years RN experience with at least 7 years in a leadership role.

  Licensed Registered Nurse
