Responsibilities: Utilize top-of-scope nursing practice, employ the nursing process, prioritize patient safety, contribute to quality outcomes, precept new staff, and support evidence-based care. Work within a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and model proficiency.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, at least 6 months of RN experience, and certifications in BLS, PALS, NIHSS, and other trauma and critical care courses. Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively.
Key Duties: Deliver emergency and trauma care, support clinical education, ensure safety and quality at the point of care, and engage in ongoing professional development. This onsite role involves night shifts and offers competitive pay based on experience.
