Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Telemetry Rn Opportunity

Seeking a dedicated Telemetry RN to provide specialized inpatient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role involves monitoring cardiac patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Monitor vital signs and cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions, including arrhythmias or other emergencies.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record (Meditech / CPN).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Float across various inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units as needed, demonstrating flexibility.

• Hold a valid registered nurse (RN) license.
• Possess a minimum of 1-year recent acute care Telemetry experience.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Demonstrate strong telemetry assessment skills and ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
• Be flexible, team-oriented, and compassionate to provide excellent patient-centered care.
• Preferred:
  Chemo certification or additional specialized certifications.
