Role Overview: Provides direct patient care in the Acute Burn Unit, utilizing advanced nursing skills within a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing practice, prioritize patient wellness, and contribute to safety and quality care. Model proficiency through precepting new staff and support evidence-based practices in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Care includes specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity.
Qualifications & Skills- Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience
- BLS certification through AHA or Red Cross with in-hand card
Provide patient-centered care, collaborate with teams, promote safety, and support professional development. Contribute to a culture of wellness and continuous learning while ensuring high-quality outcomes in a dynamic clinical setting.
