School Registered Nurse (RN) Full-Time

A school district in Aurora, CO is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to support students across the district for the upcoming school year.

School Nurses will provide care in school health rooms serving students in Pre-K through 12th grade.

Responsibilities include:

• Medication administration
• Diabetic care and health monitoring
• Basic first aid and illness assessment
• Health screenings, including temperature checks
• Following district health and infectious disease protocols
• Communicating with parents, staff, and healthcare providers
• Educating students and families on health-related topics
• Maintaining accurate health records and documentation

Position Details:

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Serving students in Pre-K through 12th grade

Qualifications:

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing
• Colorado Special Services Provider License (or eligibility to obtain one with the appropriate endorsement)
