University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking a PRN Nurse Navigator for the Head & Neck service in Highlands Ranch, CO. The role focuses on one-on-one patient care coordination, navigation, and education, following CU School of Medicine protocols.
The Nurse Navigator will triage and coordinate testing, communicate with patients and families, and collaborate with physicians to optimize outcomes and reduce gaps in care. RN with BSN and 3+ years' experience preferred.
