Travel Registered Nurse

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM

Join our dynamic nursing team as a Travel Registered Nurse in Rehabilitation. You will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our rehabilitation patients, ensuring their recovery and comfort during their stay.

• Provide direct patient care and support to rehabilitation patients.
• Conduct assessments and implement care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform wound care and assist with patient transfers.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR
  - Meditech.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

• Minimum 1-year current acute care experience as a Rehabilitation or Medical/Surgical RN.
• Active RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Prior experience with rehab patient populations and IV/blood draw skills is preferred.
