Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Float ED provides direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department, including level 1 trauma care, utilizing evidence-based practices and a multidisciplinary team approach.
Key Responsibilities:Prioritize patient safety, model proficiency through precepting, contribute to quality and safety at the point of care, and support specialty education and competency validation.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduation from an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, at least 6 months of RN experience, and certifications in BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC or ATCN, ACLS, and Trauma Nurse Core Course. Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively.
