Registered Nurse; RN; Float - Emergency Department

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Float Emergency Department role, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, level 1 trauma environment.

• Delivering comprehensive nursing care utilizing evidence-based practices and the nursing process.
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Precepting and mentoring new staff and students to support professional development.
• Maintaining safety and quality standards at the point of care.
• Providing care up to and including level 1 trauma cases, following clinical education models.

• Graduate from an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Valid RN licensure in the state.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience.
• Certifications including BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC or ATCN, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course and Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses preferred.
