We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department in an onsite, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities Include- Providing direct patient care in a level 1 trauma emergency setting utilizing the nursing process
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Prioritizing patient safety, evidence-based practices, and wellness
- Precepting and supporting new healthcare staff and students
- Contributing to a secure and high-quality clinical environment
- Supporting specialty training and competency validation through clinical educators
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience)
- Current RN licensure in the state
- Minimum of 6 months RN experience
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to work day shifts in a fast-paced, innovative environment
