Job Summary:

The Adult and Child Consortium for Health Outcomes Research and Delivery Science (ACCORDS) is seeking a full-time (100%) Research Services Professional (Open Rank: Entry/Intermediate). This position supports the Dissemination & Implementation (D&I) Science Core and the Qualitative & Mixed Methods (QM2) Core by providing research services that support investigator consultation, methodological research training, research communications, dissemination activities, and day-to-day activities of two nationally recognized methodological research cores.

Applicants will be considered for appointment at either the Entry or Intermediate Research Services Professional level based on education, experience, and demonstrated qualifications.

Work Location:

Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite 3 days a week and is located in Aurora, Colorado.

This position is being recruited as an Open Rank Research Services Professional (Entry/Intermediate). The level of appointment will be determined based on the selected candidate's education, experience, and demonstrated qualifications.

Entry Research Services Professional A bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, business administration, communications, education, social sciences, public administration, or a directly related field from an accredited institution. Substitution: A combination of education and related technical, paraprofessional, or professional experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis. Intermediate Research Services Professional A bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare administration, business administration, communications, education, social sciences, public administration, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.

One (1) year of professional experience supporting research administration, research services, project coordination, or related professional work. Substitution: A combination of education and related technical, paraprofessional, or professional experience may substitute for the bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis . Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Experience working in a university, academic medical center, or healthcare research environment. Experience supporting research investigators, research programs, research training activities, or consultation services. Demonstrated ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems, and identify opportunities to improve research services and administrative workflows.
