Retail Associate; Part-Time

Position Overview

The Retail Associate provides guidance and education to each patient and customer with medical/recreational cannabis needs. They are responsible for delivering customer care with empathy, compassion, and professionalism. Living our vision, mission, and values always, they ensure customers receive the product(s) that best meet their needs. This position is located at our Medicine Man Aurora dispensary.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Part-Time Retail Associate who shares our passion for providing quality medicine and excellent patient care to patients and customers. The Retail Associate works closely with the dispensary leadership and reports to the General Manager.

Pay: $18.81 + Tips + Benefits

Schedule: Part Time, including weekend availability

This position will remain open for at least one week but may stay open longer.

Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

• 1-3 years of experience in retail operations, point of sale systems, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Passionate about all aspects of retail, compliance, and inventory control.
• Excellent consulting skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including active listening.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions consistently.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• MED badge required.

Additional Abilities Required:

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, perform manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance).
• Effective verbal communication with coworkers, customers, and vendors.
• Work environment usually moderate noise level.
