Pay Rate: $58,743.31 – $68,540.33 annually (dependent on education & experience).

- Collect equipment hour data from GPS-enabled assets or customers
- Coordinate with customers and PSSRs for work order creation
- Maintain enrollment numbers in the DBS system when applicable
- Develop standardized processes for creating and reporting customer agreements
- Track and report CVA progress and issues to the CVA Manager
- Enter and maintain data in tracking systems and support continuous process improvement
- Coordinate across departments and with customers, demonstrating strong project‑management skills
- Build and maintain effective customer and vendor relationships
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries
- Participate in customer status meetings and support communication efforts
- Identify opportunities for upselling Wagner CVA services and offerings
- Gain working knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and telematics systems
- Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some college or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Contracts and project tracking experience
- 3+ years administrative/clerical experience
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Preferred:
Prior experience in contracts and project tracking
- Sedentary work with occasional lifting/moving up to 25 lbs
- Frequent use of hands, hearing, talking and walking
- Competencies:
Safety & product knowledge, data entry and organizational tasks, verbal and written communication, basic math and reasoning, contract and project tracking, project management, cross‑functional coordination, and customer service
- Basic:
Microsoft Power Point - Intermediate:
Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel - Preferred:
Experience with DBS system and Power BI
