The Kroger Company - Up to $26.81/hour - - Responsibilities:
Assist Department Manager in planning, organizing, staffing, training and directing Grocery Department associates; maximize store sales and profits safely and ethically.;
Organize work, fill staffing needs, train and schedule associates to provide prompt, courteous service.;
Respond promptly and professionally to customer or associate comments, complaints, requests, accidents and questions.;
Use Computer Assisted Ordering (CAO) to manage ordering quantities and balance on hand in the Department Manager's absence.;
Price and display merchandise; maintain signage, rotation, freshness, quantity and space allocation.
