As a part of our produce team, you’ll make important decisions about the quality of the produce that members and their families eat by ensuring availability, cleanliness and freshness.

Be a Team Member: you will maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products, collaborate with cross functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively and develop interpersonal skills for providing customer service; be flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage in a timely manner.

Be an Expert: understand processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise; prepare products according to standards; maintain product safety and sanitation; and adhere to laws, regulations, and company policies related to produce quality. Be a Techie: leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; use hand held technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind;

adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: drive the performance of the area; utilize digital tools; manage perpetual inventory to stock and rotate department products; ensure quality and date control standards; eliminate waste; guide peers and respond to customer needs. Be a Talent Ambassador: advocate for the department and the club by valuing the member's experience in the meat area and modeling high quality service and products;

execute basics at the highest level of quality; demonstrate energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes and practices. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners;

identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicate progress and information; determine ways to address opportunities; and adapt to change and feedback.   • Receiving & stocking merchandise in an organized manner
  • Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
  • Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering questions
  • Maintaining inventory so that there is no out of stock and over-stock products
