What you’ll doProvides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology, assisting members with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving member issues and concerns, and promoting the company’s products and services. Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned areas, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction and guidance on member service techniques to ensure complaints are resolved according to company guidelines, and ensuring compliance with policies.
Supports the Open Door Policy, participating in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise, organizes and maintains the sales floor, utilizing equipment and completing paperwork logs. Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for forklift spotting and handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. Ensures merchandise presentation, proper handling of claims and returns, zoning, stocking, arranging displays, and removing damaged goods.
Monitors food and merchandise quality, product rotation, code dating, recalls, and sanitation standards. Oversees picking and staging of club pick‑up orders, ensuring products are selected and staged according to policy. Develops and implements processes to meet business needs, collaborates with managers and partners, analyzes information, monitors progress, and identifies improvement opportunities. Demonstrates alignment with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy, helping correct ethical issues.
Leads and participates in teams, sharing resources, determining priorities, coordinating work assignments, providing feedback, and modeling adaptation to change. Supports an inclusive culture, celebrates diversity, builds strong relationships, communicates with impact, and models integrity. Serves customers and members by putting the customer first, balancing short and long‑term priorities, and making decisions based on reliable information. - Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.
- Leading a team:
Supervising experience that includes hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.

- Compensation: hourly wage range $25.00 to $33.00, with additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, season, or specific work performed.
