Auto Care Center Coach

Position Summary

Drives sales and financial performance in the Auto Care Center and service area by receiving and stocking merchandise, ensuring effective presentation, accurate pricing, proper signing, and inventory levels. Conducts budgeting and forecasting, assesses economic trends and community needs, and achieves sales and profit goals through corrective plans. Provides customer service, assists with purchasing decisions, resolves issues, promotes products, and maintains a safe shopping environment.

• Ensures merchandise presentation and inventory management.
• Provides customer service and assistance, including product explanations and claim handling.
• Maintains sale floor and service area, stocking, rotating, and setting up displays.
• Supervises associates: hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Builds high‑performing teams, fosters belonging, and promotes a culture of integrity and customer focus.

• 2 years of experience in automotive service or service industry.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Completion of required background and firearms training if applicable.

• Automotive Certification from the Automotive Technical Institute.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership.
• Experience in automotive service or related field.
• Supervisory experience.
• ASE Certification.

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 – $80,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include regional pay zone and complex structure.
