How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Shift Manager, you’ll oversee the entire store from open to close. You will manage employees, referred to as Play Attendants, ensuring operations run smoothly and guests have a memorable time. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Opening & Closing:
    You will be responsible for opening & closing the store during your shifts.
  • Leading a Team:
    Oversee daily operations, ensuring that team members deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive, efficient and clean environment.
  • Managing Operations:
    Coordinate store activities & events such as birthday parties, treasure hunts. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management and customer needs.
  • Ensuring Safety and Cleanliness:
    Enforce safety policies and procedures, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers at all times.
  • Handling Customer Concerns:
    Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns with a professional and positive demeanor, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handling Complaints:
    Address and resolve any complaints with a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor.

  • Experience:

    Previous management or supervisory experience in a retail environment is highly preferred.

Requirements
  • Availability on weekends, some weekdays and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be 18 years or older and pass a background check.
