Deterrence of dishonest behaviors and theft through visible leadership and presence;
Provide training and onboarding support for shortage reduction associates;
Monitor and audit store operations (POS, bag checks, store audits) to prevent loss;
Engage with customers and associates to promote security and high standards of safety;
Collaborate with store and field leadership to develop action plans to reduce shortage and support semi-annual inventory
