• Engage customers with a welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Guide customers in selecting products that best fit their needs while complying with state regulations.
• Execute sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused work environment.
• Uphold company policies and state laws regarding customer verification.

• Maintain accurate records of products in Dutchie/METRC.
• Ensure all products are labeled and stored according to company and state regulations.
• Conduct daily reconciliation audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Pull and process customer orders while maintaining compliance with packaging laws.
• Communicate inventory levels with the sales floor and management team.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper stock rotation.

• Perform daily opening and closing duties, ensuring all areas are ready for business.
• Maintain cleanliness in all customer and staff areas, including breakrooms, reception, and parking areas.
• Assist in social media and marketing efforts by identifying promotional opportunities.
• Answer and transfer phone calls professionally.
• Support store security measures by verifying customer IDs and monitoring store activity.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations.

• Must be able to obtain an Industry Badge through the Medical Marijuana Enforcement Division.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including POS software and cash management.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of inventory items.
