As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. It starts with modeling exemplary service and selling behaviors. You will also hire, train and develop a strong team of Associates, ensure smooth execution of Store operations, create a great Store environment, and much more.
