Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with video gaming needs.;
Promote sales by recommending additional items and applying selling behaviors during transactions.;
Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational aspects, and contribute to store sales initiatives.;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure products are well-presented and organized on the selling floor.;
Assist the store team in meeting sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals and handle guest questions/cconcerns with escalation when needed.
