Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions;
Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy of orders and invoices;
Secure items until Members arrive and follow up on out-of-stock merchandise;
Develops and supports Membership by promoting benefits and processing memberships upgrades and credit accounts;
Promotes the Company’s products and services and participates in sales and marketing events.
