Dollar Tree - 7510 South Gartrell Road - Responsibilities:
Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities;
Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns;
Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas;
Perform opening and closing procedures as needed;
Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, record keeping (including payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits) and loss prevention;
Maintain store areas and stockroom to company standards; ensure a clean, safe, and presentable environment;
Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates under the Store Manager's guidance;
Adhere to policies and procedures including safety guidelines and ensure staff follow them;
Support in maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and employees
