- Represent Mondelēz in stores as the face of iconic snack brands and owner of the biscuit aisle
- Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
- Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI
- Build and maintain relationships with backroom receivers, store managers, and other store personnel
- Order products via iPad to maintain in-stock shelf and display conditions using Salesforce
- Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with store plans
- Follow schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient retail coverage
- Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events
- Communicate store-level insights, issues, and opportunities to the RTM and management team
- Safely lift, bend, carry, push, and pull products from stock rooms to store shelves
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Ability to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25 miles of the primary location in Aurora, Colorado
- Availability five days per week, including weekends and holidays
- Start by 06:00 AM
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with store personnel while executing merchandising strategies effectively. Proficient in using technology for ordering and reporting, with a focus on maintaining product availability and compliance with promotional displays.
