Job Description

Compensation: $48,523 – $58,223 (based on experience)

➡️
Plus monthly commissions (uncapped earning potential)

Paid weekly every Friday (W-2 role)

Schedule:
Half Day Friday

  • Mon–Thur: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Fri: 7:00 AM – Noon

Requirements
  • Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
  • Pitch services directly to executives and business owners
  • Use consultative sales skills to uncover needs and create urgency
  • Handle objections with confidence and close business
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through CRM tracking and follow-ups
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
  • What We’re Looking For
    • Sales experience (Inside Sales, BDR, SDR, or similar) with a track record of success
    • Fearless communicator who thrives on connecting with new people
    • Goal-driven, resilient, and ready to push for results
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outreach
